The words “Presidio Education®” are the registered trademark of Presidio Education® and are federally registered and protected by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. “Presidio Education®” may not be reproduced by any means in any form without the written consent from Presidio Education® management.
Communication and Reasonable Expectations
Parents, legal guardians and students must remain honest with all communication, requests and responses. Parents, legal guardians and students must have a good attitude, have reasonable expectations, follow class directions and complete payment on time. While we try our best to train students, we cannot guarantee nor promise any score, grade, nor evaluation on any test, quiz, class, assignment, project, or assessment. Presidio Education® is not legally liable for any test, quiz, class assignment, project, nor assessment result. Unreasonable expectations, inconsistent or poor communication, or dishonesty of any kind from parents, legal guardians, students, or working professionals are grounds for immediate forfeiture of Presidio Education® classes without refund.
Respectful Behavior
Parents, legal guardians and students must treat all Presidio Education® teachers, consultants, staff, interns, team members and classes with respect and honesty. We will not tolerate any threats, taunting, inappropriate behavior, disrespectful language, nor disrespectful actions from any parent, legal guardian, or student. Furthermore, we do not condone cheating, nor will complete any work, including homework, classwork, academic or professional applications, essays, or assignments, for any student. Parents, legal guardians and students must uphold the highest level of honesty and integrity at all times. Disrespectful attitudes, poor attitudes, or refusal to complete work from parents, legal guardians, students, or working professionals are grounds for immediate forfeiture of Presidio Education® classes without refund.
Classes will be held online. Students must ensure they have strong and dependable internet connections for online classes, have earphones and can participate in class without interruptions. Parents, legal guardians and students may request in-person classes for additional travel charges, unless waived by Presidio Education® management. Availability of in-person classes is not guaranteed. Any in-person class must be held in a safe area that has adequate study space, is free of interruption and is agreed upon by Presidio Education® management and applicable teachers.
All parents, legal guardians and students must complete all questions, forms and documents honestly and to the best of their knowledge. Parents, legal guardians, and students may not copy any materials, nor record any class for any personal or professional gain. All parents, legal guardians and students agree that any information, assignments, projects, papers, tests, pictures and videos submitted to Presidio Education® may be used at the discretion of Presidio Education®, including publishing on electronic sites or on printed material, or shared with any partners and organizations for educational use.
Parents, legal guardians and students are not allowed to sell Presidio Education® classes to other students, add unauthorized students to classes, especially to promote their own name or business, or to allow any disturbances during classes for any reason. Giving tours of Presidio Education® classes to others, such as parents, legal guardians and/or student potential clients or friends, is unacceptable. Using our trademarked Presidio Education® name, brand, teachers, educators, curriculum, or protected materials to promote parent, legal guardian and/or student corporate, consumer, or personal business is strictly prohibited.
We accept PayPal, which directly accepts particular credit cards, to complete payment for services. We accept bank transfers from approved clients to complete payment for services. All paying clients, including parents, legal guardians, students and working professionals, agree that they are legally permitted and authorized to complete payment and further agree to be financially responsible for applicable invoices, exchange rates and any fees by PayPal, credit cards, or banking institutions. All paid invoices are final. All paid classes are non-refundable for any reason. Presidio Education® maintains the right to accept or reject any current or potential client, including parents, legal guardians, students and/or working professionals. Presidio Education® maintains the right to ban any current or potential client, including parents, legal guardians, students and/or working professionals, for any violation of any rule. Presidio Education® maintains the right to refuse service to current and/or potential clients, including parents, legal guardians, students and/or working professionals, if we determine that we cannot sufficiently train.
Parents, legal guardians and students are free to schedule as many or few classes within an open registration term. However, all classes are confirmed on a first paid, first-served basis. All classes are confirmed with advance payment only. All confirmed classes are guaranteed unless of emergency. All paid classes are non-refundable for any reason. Any violation of any rule is subject to cancellation of all classes without refund.
We understand that sometimes students may be sick, have an extracurricular activity, or have an unexpected family function. All requests to reschedule classes for any reason must be made at least 24 hours prior to the given class by submitting the Class Rescheduling Form on the Reschedule Classes page. If parents, legal guardians, or students request to reschedule classes within 24 hours of any class, those classes are subject to forfeiture without refund. Currently, we do not charge rescheduling fees and will try our best to reschedule classes within the given open term, but no future times are guaranteed because we receive many requests for scheduling. Classes cannot be rescheduled to future terms.
Consent to Presidio Education® Terms and Conditions
By completing payment, all clients, including parents, legal guardians, students and working professionals, agree to our Presidio Education® Terms and Conditions. Parents and legal guardians consent to Presidio Education® teaching their children and collecting information that is only reasonable and necessary to complete training services.
We make our best efforts to provide fair, safe and respectful learning environments and rules that are reasonable.
