We strongly encourage students and parents to register early to guarantee placement for the upcoming semester. Families may book classes during any open spring, summer, or fall registration period.

To help families plan ahead, we open class registration during dedicated booking windows each spring, summer, and fall. Our most popular time slots typically fill up well in advance, especially for high-demand seasons. We recommend reviewing the calendar early — particularly ahead of peak times — and booking as soon as registration opens to provide students the best chance at confirming preferred schedules.

Private Classes

Customized One-on-One Instruction for Individual Student Success

At Presidio Education®, we specialize in Private Classes tailored to meet each student’s specific academic goals. These one-on-one sessions provide focused, individualized support in English, Writing, Literature, Humanities, and Math. Whether students need help preparing for standardized tests, improving classroom performance, or deepening subject knowledge, our Private Classes are structured around their unique needs and learning styles.

Rescheduling Private Classes

Flexible Options When Notified in Advance

To maintain consistency and fairness, all rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Please complete our official Class Rescheduling Form to request any changes. All rescheduled classes must be completed within the same academic semester—spring, summer, or fall. While availability cannot be guaranteed, our team will make every effort to accommodate your preferred times. We never charge rescheduling fees, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep scheduling smooth for all families.

Easy Class Scheduling Process

Plan Ahead to Secure Preferred Class Times

At Presidio Education®, our scheduling process is clear and straightforward. Families may register for any number of classes during an open semester. However, because our teachers’ schedules fill quickly, we strongly encourage early planning and commitment. We operate strictly on a first-paid, first-served basis. Frequent or last-minute schedule changes can significantly disrupt our calendar, so we kindly ask all parents and students to respect our scheduling policies and book responsibly.

Class Format 

Online Learning Standards for Student Success

All Presidio Education® classes are held online via secure video conferencing platforms. To ensure a smooth and productive learning experience, students must have a strong internet connection, reliable earphones, and a clear, functioning camera. Classes should take place in a quiet, distraction-free environment. To maximize class time, all assignments must be submitted before the session begins.

Billing and Payment

Billing policies and Secure Online Payment

Parents and authorized students may complete payment for classes through PayPal or major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diner’s Club. Bank transfers are also accepted upon request. All payments are processed in United States dollars (USD).

All invoices are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. Full payment must be completed before any class begins—Presidio Education® does not hold nor reserve unpaid time slots. Thank you for your understanding and continued trust in our educational services.

Priority Student Registration

Early Access and Scheduling Advantages

Priority Students receive early access to our registration schedule—approximately two weeks before the general registration period opens. This exclusive benefit allows families to secure preferred class times and reserve high-demand slots in advance. Many of our Priority families book an entire semester at once, which significantly reduces scheduling stress and ensures consistent study plans throughout the semester. Priority status is our way of showing appreciation for students and families who commit to long-term learning with minimal rescheduling.

General Student Registration

Open Enrollment and Scheduling Guidelines

General Students may register for available classes during the open general registration period. While Priority Students receive early access to scheduling, General Students can still reserve high-quality time slots on a first come, first served basis.

Families who would like to request an upgrade to Priority Student status may contact our Customer Service Team. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, based on scheduling history, registration volume, and overall consistency.
